Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly creative video animator who can bring explainer videos to life through captivating motion graphics. This role calls for mastery in Explainer Video in Adobe After Effects, experience with AI-generated voiceovers, and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion video formats—including children’s storytelling, advertisements, and dynamic social media reels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept-to-completion motion /explainer videos from spanning 30 seconds to 10 minutes for branded content, explainer videos, children’s stories, advertisements, and social media campaigns.

• Integrate and synchronize AI-generated voiceovers and background music scores to enhance emotional storytelling and brand identity.

• Collaborate with writers, and marketers to translate scripts and storyboards into animated content.

• Design engaging reels, shorts, and animations that meet performance and aesthetic benchmarks.

• Manage multiple projects independently and proactively, from ideation to rendering and post-production.

• Ensure brand consistency and storytelling alignment across motion assets.

• Stay current with trends in animation, AI voice tech, and social content formats.

Required Skills & Proficiencies

• Hands on experience in motion design, animation, or multimedia production

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Experience integrating AI voiceover tools (e.g. ElevenLabs, etc.)

• Experience in creating various video formats: vector animations, live shoots, interviews, and marketing reels and so on.

• Can read and understand scripts in English

• Ability to understand storyboard, animate, and edit engaging motion content

• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva (motion templates)

• High level of creativity and visual storytelling intuition

• Strong time-management and organizational skills with minimal supervision

• Attention to pacing, transitions, color grading, typography, and emotion in animation

• Sense of camera direction: framing, lighting, and shot continuity (preferable)

• It is a Full Time Video Editor job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
