Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Head (Video Editor) with strong leadership and creative vision to head our video editing projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing, storytelling, and content strategy with basic knowledge of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the video editing team to ensure high-quality outputs.

Edit videos for social media, advertisements, and brand promotions.

Conceptualize creative ideas and execute them in alignment with client requirements.

Stay updated with the latest editing styles, transitions, and visual trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and content planning.

Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and creativity.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Basic understanding of graphic design and motion graphics is a plus.

Creativity, leadership, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and guide junior editors.

Prior experience in video editing (agency experience preferred).
