Technical Training Expert – Hotel Management
Patna (Center-based deployment)
Full-time (4-month engagement for each center)
The Technical Training Expert – Hotel Management will be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-aligned training to students in the hospitality domain. The role focuses on building strong foundational knowledge, enhancing practical and operational readiness, and preparing candidates for assessments, interviews, and employment opportunities within the hotel and hospitality industry.
Conduct domain-specific theory and practical orientation sessions related to hotel and hospitality operations, aligned with industry standards.
Train students in core hospitality functions such as front office, housekeeping, food & beverage service, and basic hotel operations.
Prepare students for hospitality-related assessments, certifications, and placement interviews.
Share real-world hotel industry insights, service standards, and best practices to improve employability.
Evaluate student understanding, skill development, and overall performance through assessments and continuous feedback.
Monitor student progress and provide mentoring and guidance for professional improvement.
Coordinate closely with the assigned supervisor to ensure effective training delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, hospitality industry roles, and/or hotel management education or training.
Strong subject-matter expertise in hotel management and hospitality operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students for industry readiness.
Familiarity with assessment methods, skill evaluation, and interview preparation techniques.
Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
Willingness to work across multiple training centers on a short-term engagement basis.
4 months per assigned training center, with potential deployment across multiple locations based on organizational requirements.
