Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in HR, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering).
Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience in training coordination or HR roles.
Language: Good communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
