Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Trainer / Process Trainer to join our team at the Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in training customer support executives in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver New Hire Training (NHT) and Refresher Training for voice and/or non-voice processes

• Conduct product, process, system, and soft skills training

• Ensure trainees meet certification and performance benchmarks

• Maintain training reports, attendance, and batch progress trackers

• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams for training needs

• Conduct mock calls, role plays, and assessments

• Support trainees during floor nesting / OJT

• Drive improvement in CSAT, Quality, and Compliance metrics

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities

• Good knowledge of call center metrics and SOPs

• Comfortable handling classroom and virtual training

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS tools

• Ability to manage batches independently

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Any stream)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer in BPO / Call Center

• Experience in Voice process preferred

• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
