Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center training role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing people. The candidate should be willing to travel as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver induction and process training for new hires.
Conduct refresher training sessions to improve performance and productivity.
Develop and update training content, presentations, and learning materials.
Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training interventions.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address performance improvement needs.
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a call center/BPO environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
Sound understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
