Trainer

We are looking for a Sales Trainer (Part-Time) to train and guide our field sales team, especially freshers. The trainer will conduct sales training sessions as and when required, focusing on improving communication, product knowledge, and field sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing field sales staff.

• Teach sales strategies, product presentation, and customer interaction skills.

• Ensure trainees understand company products, targets, and sales processes.

• Monitor and assess the performance of trainees during sessions.

• Provide feedback and practical tips to help improve field sales performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or sales training.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage and motivate trainees.

• Flexible with timing (sessions will be scheduled as per requirement).

Work Type:

• Part-time, session-based role (trainer will be called as per training requirements).
