Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Trainer to train new and existing employees, improve communication and customer-handling skills, and ensure employees meet company performance standards. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees.

• Provide product, process, and system training to employees.

• Train employees on communication skills, customer service, and call-handling techniques.

• Explain company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.

• Monitor trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, and practical evaluations.

• Identify training gaps and provide feedback for improvement.

• Conduct refresher training sessions to improve employee productivity.

• Coordinate with HR, Quality Assurance (QA), and Operations teams.

• Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, and performance reports.

• Ensure employees are ready to handle live customer calls after training.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic computer applications.

• Ability to motivate, coach, and evaluate employees.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of call center processes, customer service, and sales techniques.

• Ability to manage multiple training batches.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in training, preferably in a BPO or call center.

• Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
