Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented Trainer who can conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills training sessions. The ideal candidate should be a confident motivational speaker with excellent command over English and the ability to inspire and develop trainees.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong motivational and public speaking skills.

Confident personality with leadership qualities.

Ability to connect with students and working professionals.

Good presentation and classroom management skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (any stream).

Prior experience in training, teaching, or public speaking preferred.

Exceptional freshers with strong communication and confidence will also be considered.

Job Details:

Working Model: Hybrid (Online + Offline sessions)

Working Days: 5 days a week

Salary: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives (to be decided after interview)
