Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Personality Development Trainer to groom, train, and prepare aspiring cabin crew professionals. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students’ confidence, communication, grooming, and overall personality to meet the standards of the aviation, hospitality, and customer service industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on:

Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

Body language and posture

Public speaking and presentation skills

Confidence building and motivation

Group discussions and interview handling

Etiquette and social skills

Design and implement customized training modules.

Evaluate students' progress and provide individual feedback.

Conduct mock interviews and personality assessments.

Support students in grooming and professional appearance.

Collaborate with other trainers (e.g., grooming, English, aviation) to maintain consistency in training delivery.

Maintain discipline and a motivating classroom environment.

Salary :- 1.5lac - 2.4lac per annum.
