Job Description
• Responsible store in allocated region
• NHO, NSO, refresher training along with product, process, behavioral training
• Must have good understanding of online learning platform and shall be responsible for LMS course completion of the cluster stores
• Collaboration with operations team to identify skill gaps, training requirements and arrangement of required resource for training
• Submission of training reports, calendars, daily activity report within timelines
• Contribution in content creation, whenever required
• Self driven for enhancing learning ang bridging the gap between skill and execution.
