Key Responsibilities

Grooming Services

Perform full-service grooming: bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, nail trimming, paw care, ear cleaning.

Execute breed-specific cuts for small and large breeds.

Handle premium add-ons: medicated baths, de-shedding, tick & flea treatment, tear stain cleaning.

Pet Handling & Safety

Ensure calm, safe handling of puppies, seniors, anxious or difficult pets.

Follow sanitization protocols, tool hygiene, and grooming station cleanliness.

Report skin issues, wounds, ticks, or abnormalities to the manager.

Client Interaction

Explain grooming packages clearly.

Give after-care tips.

Maintain PAAWSH grooming quality that drives repeat clients.

Operations & Reporting

Update grooming status and records in the app.

Capture before/after photos for clients and brand content.

Maintain product & tool inventory.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1–3+ years grooming experience.

Strong scissoring, clipping, de-shedding, and handling skills.

Ability to groom 5–7 pets/day depending on package.

Familiarity with grooming tools and maintenance.

Good communication, discipline, and clean grooming habits.

Basic smartphone/app usage.
