We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our team under the DDU-GKY project at our Nashik Center. The role requires delivering high-quality training to students, ensuring compliance with project guidelines, and preparing candidates for successful employment in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for the Guest Service Associate (Trade Code: TSC/Q0102) as per DDU-GKY curriculum.

• Ensure effective classroom and practical delivery to meet project standards.

• Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and progress reports.

• Guide and mentor students for skill development and job readiness.

• Coordinate with project team for reporting, monitoring, and compliance.

• Support in mobilization and placement activities when required.

Job Requirements:

• TOT Certified Domain Trainer for Guest Service Associate (mandatory).

• Relevant experience in DDU-GKY or similar skilling/livelihood programs.

• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to motivate and mentor youth for career growth.

• Immediate joining preferred.

• It is a Full Time Trainer job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
