Trainer

Job Summary

We are hiring Working at Height Riggers / Technicians for high-rise construction projects involving the installation of fall prevention safety screens, safety net systems, and other height-related activities using rope access techniques.

Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation of fall prevention screens and safety net systems at height.

• Rope access work on high-rise construction structures.

• Handling rigging equipment, ropes, harnesses, and safety tools.

• Following all safety procedures, permit systems, and site safety requirements.

• Assisting supervisors in the safe execution of work-at-height activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Physically fit and willing to work at height.

• Candidate must not have a fear of heights.

• Basic understanding of construction, rigging, or height work preferred.

• Freshers can also apply.

• No minimum educational qualification required.

Preferred Skills

• Rope Access / IRATA knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).

• Work at Height experience.

• Safety Net Installation.

• Construction Site Safety Awareness.

• Discipline and safety-conscious attitude.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Willingness to learn rope access techniques and rescue procedures.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25000 per month (based on skills and experience).

• Free Training on Rope Access and Work at Height Techniques.

• 9 Hours Duty per Day.

• One day weekly off.
