Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Assess the training needs of various departments and teams through collaboration with stakeholders and performance analysis.

• Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and materials, both in-person and virtually.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the needs of the organization.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements.

• Identify and implement innovative training methodologies, technologies, and best practices.

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality training delivery.

• Partner with department leaders to address specific training needs and align training programs with business objectives.

• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in training and development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating success in developing and delivering effective training programs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.

• Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted, results-driven training solutions.

• Proficiency in utilizing training software, learning management systems, and other training-related technologies.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a training team.
