Future Shape Social Educational Society is hiring a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Executive Trainer under the Pradhan Mantri Saksham Yojana at our Nirsa, Dhanbad center. The ideal candidate must be a TOT certified trainer, with relevant experience in training delivery in customer care or IT-ITES-related roles.
Deliver classroom and practical sessions as per SSC/NOS-based curriculum.
Train students in communication, customer handling, and soft skills.
Track trainee performance, conduct assessments, and prepare reports.
Guide and motivate youth toward employment readiness.
Coordinate with project staff for successful implementation and reporting.
Education: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 2–3 years in customer service or training
Certification: TOT certified (preferably under IT-ITES SSC)
Skills: Effective communication in Hindi and basic English, training delivery, classroom engagement
