• Deliver theory & practical training for the Food & Beverage Service Assistant course (THC/Q0307)

• Conduct classroom sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and OJT (On-the-Job Training)

• Prepare lesson plans, training material & presentations

• Train students on service etiquette, hygiene, safety & guest handling

• Monitor, assess and maintain learner progress & records

• Ensure safe training environment and maintain training tools

• Stay updated with hospitality/F&B industry standards

• Strong communication skills (English + local language)

• Ability to engage adult learners

• Knowledge of hotel/restaurant/F&B standards (HACCP, FSSAI basics, etc.)
