Trainer

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales and service staff on automobile products, features, and customer handling techniques.

• Develop and update training materials, modules, and manuals based on the latest product updates and industry standards.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve team performance.

• Organize technical and soft skill workshops to enhance overall employee knowledge and confidence.

• Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments for product training and certifications.

• Track trainee performance and maintain proper training documentation.

• Ensure all employees are compliant with brand standards and customer experience protocols.

• Conduct refresher courses regularly to maintain consistency in delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automobile training or related roles.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong product knowledge of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
