Department: Operations / Training & Development
Reporting To: Operations Manager / HR Head

Location: Head Office & Client Sites (as required)

1. Understanding Workforce Background
Many staff come from:
Rural or semi-urban areas
Low formal education
High job insecurity
Trainer must:
Explain concepts simply
Avoid humiliation or harsh language
Build confidence before enforcing discipline
2. Behavioural Observation
Ability to quickly assess:
Attitude (positive / resistant / careless)
Stress levels (family, financial, workload)
Discipline issues (late coming, negligence)
Learning speed (fast vs slow learners)
3. Motivation & Influence
Uses positive reinforcement instead of fear
Explains why rules are important (especially in schools & hospitals)
Links discipline to:
Job security
Client satisfaction
Salary continuity
4. Handling Resistance & Conflict
SOPs
Grooming standards
New systems (walkie-talkie, registers, hygiene rules)
5. Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
Controls own emotions while handling:
Repeated mistakes
Complaints from clients
Non-cooperative staff
Maintains authority without shouting or threatening
6. Learning Psychology
Training is practical, not theoretical
Examples are real-life and site-related
