Position

Tally Product Coach / Trainer

Qualification

Graduate / B.Com / MBA or equivalent

Experience

1–4 years of experience in Tally, Tally training, product training, customer/partner training, or accounting software.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Tally product training for Partner Resources through online and offline sessions.

• Train partner teams on Tally Prime, product features, functionalities, and business use cases.

• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training to partner resources.

• Explain Tally features related to Accounting, GST, Inventory, Invoicing, Banking, Payroll, etc.

• Conduct product demos, workshops, and knowledge sessions for partner teams.

• Understand training requirements of partners and plan sessions accordingly.

• Resolve product-related queries raised during training and provide appropriate guidance.

• Evaluate trainees' understanding and provide feedback wherever required.

• Coordinate with the internal Tally/TX team regarding product updates, training requirements, and partner queries.

• Stay updated with new Tally product features and ensure the same knowledge is effectively communicated to partner resources.

• Maintain training records, session reports, and feedback.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and its key features.

• Strong understanding of Accounting, GST, Inventory, Invoicing, and other Tally functionalities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to train and engage partner resources effectively.

• Good product demonstration and coaching skills.

• Strong problem-solving and query-handling ability.

• Comfortable conducting online as well as classroom training sessions.

• Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi would be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Tally training, Tally partner ecosystem, product training, software training, accounting software support, or customer/partner enablement will be preferred.
