The Test Center Administrator is responsible for the smooth and secure conduct of examinations at the test center. This role involves managing exam operations, candidate coordination, invigilation, system setup, and ensuring compliance with exam policies and procedures.
Conduct and supervise online/offline examinations as per scheduled timelines
Register candidates and verify identity documents before exams
Brief candidates on exam rules, procedures, and guidelines
Ensure exam lab readiness (systems, software, internet, power backup)
Monitor candidates during exams to prevent malpractice or violations
Provide basic technical and administrative support during exams
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and security of exam content
Prepare and maintain exam-related records, attendance sheets, and reports
Handle candidate queries and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with internal teams, exam boards, and vendors as required
Report incidents, irregularities, or system issues immediately
Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory exam policies
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, exam software)
Ability to remain calm under pressure during exams
High level of integrity, discipline, and confidentiality
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Prior experience in test centers, examination management, or administration is an advantage
Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply
May require working on weekends or holidays during exam schedules
Must be available during exam hours without interruptions
