Swimming coach

We are looking for a Swimming coach to join our team at Multitech Promoters Private Limited. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safe, engaging, and age-appropriate swimming lessons for children

• Teach basic to advanced swimming techniques, water safety, and confidence-building skills

• Create structured lesson plans based on children’s age, skill level, and learning pace

• Ensure constant supervision and maintain a safe pool environment at all times

• Build a friendly and supportive rapport with children to encourage participation and progress

• Monitor each child’s development and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians

• Handle beginner-level fears and help children become comfortable in water

• Maintain discipline while keeping sessions fun and interactive

• Ensure hygiene standards and proper use of swimming equipment

• Be prepared to respond to emergencies and follow all safety protocols

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
