Work Type: Part-time (Project-Based) (Can be changed to Full-time if required)
Work Location: Hybrid – Based in Navi Mumbai with travel to client locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions as assigned by Canvas88.
Facilitate both online and offline training programs.
Travel to client locations for program delivery whenever required.
Understand client requirements and align training delivery with learning objectives.
Create an engaging, interactive, and learner-centric classroom environment.
Maintain professionalism and represent Canvas88 during all client interactions.
Submit training reports, attendance records, feedback forms, and other required documentation after each session.
Coordinate with the Operations and Training teams regarding schedules, logistics, and program requirements.
Participate in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and internal capability-building initiatives when required.
Maintain confidentiality of all company information, training content, and client data.
