We are looking for a Process Trainer to join our team Senken Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. The role involves planning, conducting, and monitoring training programs for new and existing employees to help them understand company processes and improve their performance. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees.
Explain company processes, work standards, and job responsibilities in a simple way.
Create and update training materials, presentations, and assessment sheets.
Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
Conduct tests and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
Coordinate with different departments to understand training requirements.
Help employees improve their productivity, quality of work, and process understanding.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation in any stream with 1–2 years of experience in training, operations, or process management. Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered. Strong communication skills, confidence in delivering training, basic MS Excel knowledge, and good process understanding are essential.
