Job Description – Real Estate Trainer

Position: Real Estate Trainer
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Real Estate Trainer to train and develop our sales team for our growing real estate project. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing employees.

• Provide training on real estate products, projects, sales processes, and customer handling.

• Train employees on lead management, follow-ups, negotiation, and conversion techniques.

• Develop training materials, presentations, scripts, and practical learning modules.

• Conduct role-plays and mock calls to improve employees' sales and communication skills.

• Monitor employee performance and identify areas requiring improvement.

• Provide individual coaching and feedback to team members.

• Keep the team updated on real estate market trends, sales strategies, and best practices.

• Coordinate with the management and HR team regarding training requirements and employee performance.

• Track training outcomes and prepare regular training/performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales/training or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of real estate sales and customer conversion processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team effectively.

• Good understanding of sales targets, lead management, and CRM processes.

• Candidates with experience in real estate sales training or team handling will be preferred.
