Pool Attendant – Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the swimming pool and surrounding area.

Monitor pool water quality, including chlorine and pH levels.

Operate and monitor pool filtration and circulation systems.

Clean the pool using appropriate equipment and chemicals.

Ensure poolside areas, changing rooms and shower areas are clean.

Check pool equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements.

Ensure pool safety rules are followed by users.

Monitor the pool area and respond appropriately during emergencies.

Maintain daily pool cleaning, chemical and inspection records.
