Job Title: Personal Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing personalized fitness programs, guiding clients toward their health goals, and ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and understand clients’ goals and limitations
Develop customized workout plans based on individual needs
Demonstrate and supervise proper exercise techniques
Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly
Provide motivation, guidance, and support to clients
Ensure safety standards and proper use of gym equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workout area
Build strong client relationships to encourage retention
Requirements:
Certification in Personal Training (recognized fitness certification preferred)
Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of fitness techniques and exercise science
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients
Basic knowledge of nutrition is an added advantage
40% OF REVENUE SHARE WILL BE PROVIDED
Preferred Skills:
Experience with group training sessions
Customer service-oriented approach
Working Conditions:
Flexible working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Physically active role requiring demonstration of exercises
