Job Description

The Operations Head will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end operational functions of Nettech India Institute. This role ensures smooth daily operations, process efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across training delivery, placements, admissions, and internal support teams.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of building systems, managing teams, and supporting the institute’s growth objectives.

Strong expertise in process design, SOPs, and operations scaling

Proven people management and cross-functional leadership skills

Strong analytical, planning, and execution abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in education institutes, training centers, EdTech, or service organizations

Exposure to multi-center or fast-growth environments

Experience working with placements, admissions, or academic operations
