नर्सिंग ट्रेनर (Nursing Trainer) – जॉब विवरण

हम Gargi Group Of India में Nursing Trainer की नियुक्ति के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवारों की तलाश कर रहे हैं। इस पद पर चयनित उम्मीदवार का मुख्य कार्य नर्सिंग छात्रों को ट्रेनिंग देना, उनके कौशल को विकसित करना तथा उन्हें स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से संबंधित व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्रदान करना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

नर्सिंग छात्रों को थ्योरी और प्रैक्टिकल ट्रेनिंग देना
हेल्थकेयर और पेशेंट केयर से संबंधित स्किल्स सिखाना
छात्रों की प्रोग्रेस को मॉनिटर करना
क्लासरूम और प्रैक्टिकल सेशन का संचालन करना
हेल्थ और सेफ्टी गाइडलाइन के अनुसार ट्रेनिंग देना

योग्यता:

नर्सिंग में डिप्लोमा / डिग्री (GNM / B.Sc Nursing)
कम से कम 6 महीने से 2 साल का अनुभव (Trainer / Healthcare)
अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और टीचिंग स्किल

सैलरी: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 प्रति माह
