Job Summary

Gargi Group of India is looking for a qualified and dedicated Medical Trainer cum Computer Instructor with strong knowledge of medical and paramedical subjects, along with good computer skills. The candidate will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical classes, teaching computer applications, preparing study materials and maintaining students' academic records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct theory and practical classes for medical and paramedical courses such as GDA, EMT, DMLT and other relevant programs.

2. Teach basic medical science, anatomy, physiology, first aid and relevant healthcare subjects as per assigned courses and qualifications.

3. Teach computer fundamentals, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet and basic digital skills.

4. Prepare lecture notes, presentations, assignments, question papers and study materials.

5. Conduct practical demonstrations, classroom activities, tests and assessments.

6. Maintain student attendance, academic records, performance reports and progress.

7. Guide students in practical training and career-related activities.

8. Assist in academic planning, examination preparation and other institutional activities.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / BMLT / DMLT / relevant Paramedical qualification.

• Good computer knowledge, preferably with a computer certificate or diploma.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good communication, presentation and classroom management skills.

• Ability to prepare digital teaching materials and deliver effective lectures.

Preferred Skills

• Previous teaching or training experience.

• Knowledge of medical equipment and practical demonstrations.

• Good Hindi communication; basic English proficiency.

• Ability to use projectors, digital boards and online teaching tools.

• Disciplined, punctual and student-friendly approach.

• It is a Full Time Trainer job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
