Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Makeup Trainer to educate, mentor, and inspire aspiring makeup artists. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sharing industry knowledge while ensuring students are trained to professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Education

• Conduct theory and practical makeup training sessions.

• Teach basic, advanced, bridal, fashion, editorial, and corrective makeup techniques.

• Demonstrate professional product usage and hygiene practices.

• Ensure students understand industry-standard techniques and trends.
  

2. Student Development

• Mentor students throughout their learning journey.

• Assess student performance through practical evaluations.

• Provide constructive feedback to improve skills.

• Build students' confidence and professionalism.
  

3. Curriculum Delivery

• Deliver training as per academy curriculum and lesson plans.

• Prepare training materials, demonstrations, and practical assignments.

• Ensure timely completion of course modules.

• Maintain training quality and consistency.
  

4. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

• Monitor attendance and student progress.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of makeup kits and classroom equipment.

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  

5. Industry Engagement

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.

• Participate in workshops, seminars, and skill enhancement programs.

• Share industry insights and career guidance with students.

Required Qualifications

• Certification or Diploma in Professional Makeup from a recognized institute.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Makeup Trainer or Professional Makeup Artist.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong mentoring and interpersonal abilities.

• Passion for teaching and student development

• It is a Full Time Trainer job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
