We are looking for a Jr. Coordinator – TMC to join our team at Appalto Electronics Private Limited. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Planning of Training schedule, Monitoring training, OJTs, Mentoring, Evaluations etc.
2) Performance Evaluation : Timely preparation and maintaining score cards, planning of feedback sessions and smooth execution of process.
3) Induction and visit of new joiners.
4) MIS updation and filing work.
5) Participation in other HR activities as and when required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6 months of experience. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
