Location: Factory / Plant
To develop and deliver safety training programs to employees and contractors, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work safely and prevent accidents.
Training Delivery
Conduct safety induction programs for new employees, contract staff, and visitors.
Organize regular training sessions on topics such as PPE usage, machine handling, fire safety, and emergency response.
Deliver refresher courses to employees at defined intervals.
Training Material Development
Prepare safety training presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
Update training modules as per statutory requirements and best practices.
Practical Drills & Demonstrations
Conduct fire drills, evacuation drills, and first aid awareness sessions.
Demonstrate proper handling of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms, PPE, etc.).
Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain training attendance records and feedback reports.
Submit monthly reports on training conducted and employee participation.
Awareness & Engagement
Promote a “Safety First” culture by engaging workers through tool-box talks, posters, and awareness campaigns.
Encourage employees to actively participate in safety programs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and train employees at all levels (workers to management).
Knowledge of safety standards and workplace hazards.
Hands-on knowledge of fire safety, PPE, and first aid.
Diploma / Certificate in Industrial Safety or related field.
Certification in Train-the-Trainer, NEBOSH, or IOSH (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in delivering safety training in factory/plant environment.
