Gym Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional experience for members, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and driving gym memberships and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily gym operations during assigned hours.

• Ensure all facilities and equipment are clean, safe, and in good working condition.

• Greet members and visitors; handle queries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Manage and schedule staff (trainers, cleaners, front desk) and ensure timely attendance.

• Monitor member check-ins and ensure adherence to gym rules and safety guidelines.

• Conduct regular inspections of the gym floor and equipment.

• Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and servicing.

• Assist in membership sales, renewals, and promotions.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, memberships, and staff schedules.

• Enforce health and safety policies in compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in gym or fitness center management is preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Customer-service oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a busy environment.

• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and maintenance procedures.

• Familiarity with gym software or management systems is an advantage.

• CPR or First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
