Client Training & GuidanceCreate personalized workout plans based on clients’ fitness levels and goals.Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions.Demonstrate exercises with proper form and safety.Monitor client progress and modify plans as needed.2. Gym Floor ManagementMaintain a disciplined, clean, and safe training environment.Assist members with equipment usage.Ensure gym rules and safety guidelines are followed.3. Sales & Membership SupportHelp convert walk-ins to memberships by explaining training benefits.Promote personal training packages.Track client attendance and follow up for renewals.4. Professional ConductBe punctual, polite, and professional at all times.Maintain good communication with clients and management.No personal payments—strictly use Gym Armour-approved payment channels.Represent Gym Armour’s values of discipline, honesty, and hard work.5.
