Key Responsibilities
Individualized Training: Design and implement personalized workout plans based on client goals (e.g., weight loss, strength building).
Assessment and Tracking: Evaluate client physical health, fitness levels, and track progress over time.
Safety and Instruction:
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and monitor form to prevent injuries.
Client Motivation: Offer encouragement and support to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey.
Equipment Oversight: Ensure gym equipment is used correctly, maintained properly, and kept clean.
Group Instruction: Lead group fitness classes or workshops.
Sales and Support: Promote personal training packages and help with member retention.
