
About the Role:
The Field trainer is a key position within the organization; working closely with the kitchen
Operations team and conducting training sessions for all kitchen management. Regular kitchen
visits to understand and address the training needs of the Kitchen team,a person should be
highly motivated & passionate towards the required training & development area.
Executive / Sr Executive - Field Trainer following would be your core responsibilities:
● Regularly conduct Kitchen visits to understand and address the training needs of the
Kitchen team
● Regularly review product quality and focus on improving the customer service
parameters
● Conduct training sessions for all Kitchen management.
● Make sure that the product launches happen in a proper and effective manner
● Responsible for analyzing and improving the kitchen level process.
● You shall be expected to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in
our fast-paced environment. Alongside ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and
customers have pleasant delivery experiences.
● Flexible to travel across the city.
Skills Required:-
● Should work toward Customer first thinking by training the team
● Good Communication Skills, People management skills, Multi-tasking.
● Good SOP Knowledge.
● Should be able to work together in a team and be an effective team player.
● Ability to conduct training sessions & willingly travel across Zone.
