Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
Develop and deliver training programs on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment tools.
Organize refresher training sessions for existing sales staff.

Field Coaching

Accompany sales representatives during field visits and customer meetings.
Observe sales interactions and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
Demonstrate effective sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Sales Performance Improvement

Monitor sales team performance and training effectiveness.
Support sales managers in improving productivity and target achievement.
Share best practices and successful sales strategies across teams.
Assist in implementing sales campaigns and promotional activities.
