Responsibilities
Curriculum development: Design, update, and refine training programs, materials, and instructional content.
Training delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and lectures both in-person and virtually.
Participant support: Mentor and coach participants, provide one-on-one support, and guide them on projects and interview preparation.
Skill assessment: Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Industry expertise: Stay current with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in data analytics and data science.
Collaboration: Partner with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop and execute training plans.
Content creation: Create and manage online learning content.
Required skills and qualifications
Technical proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Power BI.
Analytical skills: Ability to understand and explain complex data concepts, statistical techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
Communication: Strong presentation, teaching, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and guide learners to solve real-world data problems.
Experience: Proven experience in delivering data analytics or data science training is often required.
