Corporate Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Training Delivery:

• Conduct product training sessions for internal sales teams, dental professionals, and partners (in-person and virtual).

• Demonstrate the proper use, benefits, and clinical applications of dental devices.

• Content Development:

• Collaborate with product managers, clinical experts, and marketing to develop training materials (manuals, videos, presentations, e-learning).

• Update and maintain training documentation to reflect product updates and feedback.

• Support Sales & Marketing:

• Assist in product launches with training and educational materials.

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and dental exhibitions as a product knowledge expert.

• Feedback & Improvement:

• Gather user feedback and training evaluations to improve content and delivery.

• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.

• Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure training content aligns with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

• Maintain product knowledge up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
