Job Description: EdTech Trainer Role Overview: The EdTech Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, effective, and outcome-driven training sessions to students and professionals enrolled in various educational programs. The role focuses on facilitating learning, mentoring learners, and ensuring successful course completion while aligning with industry standards and career readiness. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct live training sessions for students across assigned EdTech programs. • Deliver structured curriculum content, including concepts, practical applications, and real world use cases. • Guide learners through academic and career-oriented learning paths aligned with industry requirements. • Assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback. • Address learner queries and challenges with clarity, patience, and subject-matter expertise. • Support learners with career guidance related to course outcomes, skill development, and job readiness. • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and learner progress using LMS/CRM tools. • Collaborate with curriculum, academic, and support teams to enhance training quality and learner experience. • Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to keep training content relevant. • Ensure high learner engagement, satisfaction, and course completion rates. Qualifications and Skills: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in any stream Experience: • Minimum 1-2 year of experience in EdTech as a trainer (BPO Background mandatory). Communication: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Interpersonal Skills: • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities with a learner-centric approach. • Patience, empathy, and active listening to support diverse learner needs. Training & Delivery Skills: • Passion for teaching, knowledge sharing, and learner success. • Comfortable with live classes training platforms. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational tools.
