Job Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom, practical, and on-the-job training for technicians and service personnel on EV bus maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Train staff on HV batteries, BMS, VCU, motor controllers, charging systems, electrical systems, and regenerative braking.
Provide training on preventive maintenance, breakdown diagnosis, repair procedures, and EV/HV safety protocols.
Train technicians in diagnostic tools, scan tools, OEM software, and service manuals.
Conduct skill assessments, refresher training, and maintain training records and reports.
Coordinate with OEM, service, and depot teams to improve technician competency and reduce repeat failures.
Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
Experience: 3–4 years in automobile/EV service, maintenance, or technical support. Experience with electric buses or commercial EVs is preferred. Technical Trainer or Master Technician experience is an advantage.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of EV systems, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of HV safety procedures and preventive maintenance.
Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
