ComCommunity Consultant – Skill Development

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Community consultant(Free job linked skill supported by Corporate / NSDC Certificated) to promote free skill development programs, counsel candidates, and help them enroll in industry-relevant training programs to join our team MNG Academy. The role involves Connect with students, job seekers, and local communities. Mobilize and enroll eligible candidates. Counsel and guide candidates about free skill development courses. Conduct awareness campaigns and community outreach activities. Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth admissions.Location : baharampur, Westbengal.

Eligibility:Graduation preferred. This position offers an in-hand salary of 9000and a chance to support professional growth in others. We are looking for a Community Consultant to promote free skill development programs, counsel candidates, and help them enroll in industry-relevant training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs

• Create and update training material

• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback

• Maintain training records and reports

• Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1year -5years.. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.

• It is a Both Trainer job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
