••Required Skills and Expectations:••

You should have a strong knowledge of swimming techniques and various strokes. Good communication skills are essential for explaining concepts clearly to swimmers and providing effective feedback. A friendly attitude and the ability to motivate others will help you inspire your students. Prior experience as a swimming coach is needed, with a minimum of 2 years preferred, and a basic education of 12th pass is required. You should be comfortable working full-time in an office environment and committed to promoting a positive and safe learning atmosphere.
