Job Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for students in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA / Creo / NX.

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, practical assignments, and assessments.

• Guide students through real-time projects and assist in project development.

• Provide counselling to students regarding course selection, admissions, and career pathways.

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain training records and ensure a high standard of teaching delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest CAD software tools and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in CAD software training or industrial CAD work.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and at least one of CATIA / Creo / NX.

• Excellent teaching skills, communication ability, and presentation skills.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.

• Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for mentoring students.
