Business Learning Advisor

Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Learning Advisor to guide aspiring entrepreneurs in choosing the right business learning and mentorship programs. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining program benefits, handling enquiries, and supporting enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

● Connect with prospective learners and entrepreneurs through calls, WhatsApp, and direct enquiries.

● Understand their business goals and recommend suitable learning and mentorship programs.

● Explain program features, benefits, pricing, and enrolment procedures.

● Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.

● Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.

● Build strong customer relationships and provide professional guidance.

● Achieve individual and team enrolment and sales targets.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

● Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and counselling skills.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Any degree or equivalent qualification.

● Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

● Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.

● Good interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.

● Interest in business education, entrepreneurship, training, and coaching.

● Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

● Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.

● Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups professionally.

Preferred Candidates

● Experience in educational counselling, admissions, telesales, inside sales, training, tutoring, or coaching.

● Passion for helping aspiring entrepreneurs achieve their business goals.

● Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
