Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Trainer with strong expertise in training delivery, facilitation, and content development across Behavioural Skills, Sales Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Operations, and Academic domains. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting 50+ training batches, designing impactful learning interventions, and driving measurable performance improvement through engaging and learner-centric training programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Behavioural, Sales, Leadership, Operations, and Academic training programs for new hires, front-line employees, and first-time managers through classroom, virtual, and blended learning formats.
• Deliver highly engaging learning experiences with strong classroom management and facilitation techniques.
• Design and develop training content, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, role-plays, presentations, and digital micro-learning modules.
• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with Sales, Operations, Academic, and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps and training priorities.
•Create structured training calendars and ensure timely execution of learning interventions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, performance tracking, and the Kirkpatrick framework.
• Maintain training MIS, dashboards, attendance records, and performance reports.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and align training initiatives with business goals such as productivity, quality, retention, and conversion.
• Use MS Office, LMS platforms, Teams/Zoom, and digital learning tools effectively for training delivery and reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PG in HR or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training
• Experience in at least one core domain: Behavioural Skills, Sales Training, Leadership Development Operations, or Academic Training.
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using MS Office, LMS platforms, Teams/Zoom, and digital learning tools.
Certifications such as TTT, DDI, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
