Voice Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Voice Process Executive. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, or promoting services/products. Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Maintain customer records by updating account information

• Follow communication scripts and processes

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned

• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team

• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English / regional languages as required)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a BPO/Call Center (Inbound or Outbound)

• Fluency in multiple languages (optional but a plus)

• Familiarity with sales techniques (for outbound roles)
