Make outbound calls to customers for: Service reminders (Periodic Maintenance, Insurance Renewal, AMC, etc.)
Handle inbound service inquiries and provide required information.
Book and confirm service appointments in the system.
Maintain daily call logs, service bookings, and customer interaction records.
Collect customer feedback post-service and escalate concerns to the Service Manager.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local language.
Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
