Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, promoting products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage
